LUPUS.PH
is a friendly and informative site dedicated to the support and education of those suffering from lupus and their families/friends. Come see who we are...read, browse, join and share. Join our forum and express yourself. Ask the questions you have always wanted to but couldn't.

LUPUS is a chronic (long-standing) disease of the immune system.

The manifestations can be very mild or may be severe and even life- threatening. Disease manifestation varies from person to person, and may have a fluctuating course in the same person. With careful diagnosis and treatment, it can be well controlled and lupus patients can now expect to achieve a better quality of life and a longer life span.

This site answers some of the questions you may wish to ask about Lupus. However, it is not a substitute for medical supervision and patients are advised to work in close partnership with their doctors.
